4:00-5:00 pm     Spring Board Mat

5:30- 6:30 pm    Spring Board Mat 


Wednesdays:

8:45 -9:45 am     Reformer Level 3 *new time

10:00 -11:00 am Reformer Levels 1-2 

5:30- 6:30 pm      Reformer levels 1-2 


Thursdays:

8:30-9:30 am       Reformer Levels 2-3 (no class 2/6)

10:00-11:00 am  Springboard STRETCH  (no class 2/6)
