Springboard  Strength mat  offers the best of the  Pilates Tower exercises in a fun and challenging class.  Using springs to create resistance, building strength, balance and core conditioning for a Powerful workout. 

No previous equipment experience. 

Intensity Level: 2-3

A duet session is a semi private session usually split between two people, but we do offer threesome sessions. Just like a privates session, any needs, concerns and goals will be addressed, We create a unique program just for the two of you. Find a friend or partner and give it a try today. 

Reformer Levels 1-3

Reformer Levels 1-3

This small group Pilates Reformer class will focus on control and precision of movement- targeting the whole body.  We cover  classical and some modern Reformer exercises to create a flowing work out. Leave feeling taller, stronger, and revitalized.  Previous reformer experience needed. Levels 1 -3.   New to Reformer? Sign up for training in a private session.

EXO Chair is offered in our Chair Reformer classes, mixed equipment and some advanced reformer classes. With reformer experience the EXO is the next step to adding more of a challenge to your workouts. Increased strength and balance are just some of the benefits of this exciting class.

Mixed Equipment

Chair, Reformer and Springboard(Tower)  will be included in this fun class mixing it up with different props and at times Jumpboard. A great class to refocus your practice. Fine-tuning your form with targeted strengthening exercises.  We offer all levels and more advanced options with the Mixed Equipment Circuit classes. 

Intensity levels 1.5-3.5

Reformer Jump

Mixed Equipment

 This fast paced class fuses circuits of Jumpboard (attached to reformer) with super effective and focused core exercises to give you that strong and chiseled midsection. The jump board employs the principles of plyometrics to train coordination, strengthen muscles, and burn calories. It attaches to the end of the reformer and allows you to get cardio aerobic training with very little stress or impact on the joints. Not recommended for any injuries. 

Intensity  level: 3-3.5/5
