You will learn the fundamentals and proper technique of Pilates, focusing on body connections, breathing, alignment and awareness. This class is great for newcomers to intermediate level . No two classes are alike- adding props and new exercises keeps you challenged and focused.

Springboard Strength mat offers the best of the Pilates Tower exercises in a fun and challenging class. Using springs to create resistance building strength, balance and core conditioning. SPRINGBOARD POWER MAT FUSION will be combined focus of mat exercises with added spring resistance along with the traditional Tower exercise making for a Powerful workout.

This small group Pilates Reformer class will focus on control and precision of movement- targeting the whole body. Leave feeling taller, stronger and revitalized. Previous reformer experience preferred. Levels 1 -4. New to Reformer? Try the Intro class. or inquire about free intro sessions to the reformer before signing up. Sticky socks recommended. Four Spaces.
Mix it up! With a mixed class you can sample both Springboard and Jump board to a Reformer session. You'll receive the benefits of the Springboard resistance, Jump board cardio effects, and the overall Reformer strengthening and stretching.
Privates are tailored to suit your needs and objectives. These sessions allow for time to introduce the Pilates Method to those that are new as well as greater progression and development. A good place to start if coming back from an injury or training for an event.
