Barre, Booty, and Balance

Barre, Booty, and Balance

  Barre Pilates Fusion includes Barre work along with some equipment such as Springboard and Reformer. This class generally has a focus on glutes and legs but covers all the bases- such as abs, arms, and back. We finish with stretching and a cool down. Equipment experience needed.

Springboard Strength

Barre, Booty, and Balance

Springboard  Strength mat  offers the best of the  Pilates Tower exercises in a fun and challenging class.  Using springs to create resistance building strength, balance and core conditioning. SPRINGBOARD POWER MAT FUSION will be combined focus of mat exercises with added spring resistance along with the traditional Tower exercise making for a Powerful workout. 

Five spaces available.

Reformer Levels 1-3

Barre, Booty, and Balance

Pilates Mat - All Levels

This small group Pilates Reformer class will focus on control and precision of movement- targeting the whole body.  We cover  classical and some modern Reformer exercises to create a flowing work out. Leave feeling taller, stronger, and revitalized.  Previous reformer experience needed. Levels 1 -3.   New to Reformer? Sign up for training in a private session. 


Pilates Mat - All Levels

Pilates Mat - All Levels

Mix it up!   This class will incorporate the fundamentals of Pilates mat. We often add some springs, Arc, weights and a variety of props to bring toning to the legs and upper body. All performed on the floor using the classical Pilates mat exercises as the base. 

Not recommended for spinal fusions or concerning back issues. All levels class.

Mixed Equipment

Pilates Mat - All Levels

Jump Board Sculpt

Springboard(Tower) and Reformer will be both included in this fun class mixing it up with different props and at times Jumpboard. A great class to refocus your practice. Fine-tuning your form with targeted strengthening exercises. **Previous reformer experience required.

Jump Board Sculpt

Pilates Mat - All Levels

Jump Board Sculpt


 This fast paced class fuses circuits of Jumpboard with super effective and focused core exercises to give you that strong and chiseled midsection. The jump board employs the principles of plyometrics to train coordination, strengthen muscles, and burn calories. It attaches to the end of the reformer and allows you to get cardio aerobic training with very little stress or impact on the joints. Not recommended for any injuries.
