Barre Pilates Fusion includes Barre work along with some equipment such as Springboard and Reformer. This class generally has a focus on glutes and legs but covers all the bases- such as abs, arms, and back. We finish with stretching and a cool down. Equipment experience needed.
Springboard Strength mat offers the best of the Pilates Tower exercises in a fun and challenging class. Using springs to create resistance building strength, balance and core conditioning. SPRINGBOARD POWER MAT FUSION will be combined focus of mat exercises with added spring resistance along with the traditional Tower exercise making for a Powerful workout.

This small group Pilates Reformer class will focus on control and precision of movement- targeting the whole body. Leave feeling taller, stronger, and revitalized. Previous reformer experience preferred. Levels 1 -3. New to Reformer? Sign up for training in a private session.
Mix it up! Strengthen and tone your body with signature reformer exercises for the first 30 minutes of class, then finish your workout with 25 whole minutes of therapeutic and elongating stretches that not only improve flexibility but also help to relieve stress and improve your practice. A great way to start your week.

Springboard(Tower) and Reformer will be both included in this fun class mixing it up with different props and at times Jumpboard. A great class to refocus your practice. Fine-tuning your form with targeted strengthening exercises. **Previous reformer experience required.
This class fuses circuits of Jumpboard with super effective and focused core exercises to give you that strong and chiseled midsection. The jump board employs the principles of plyometrics to train coordination, strengthen muscles, and burn calories. It attaches to the end of the reformer and allows you to get cardio aerobic training with very little stress or impact on the joints. Not recommended for any injuries.
