Being we are a small studio and every spot counts . For GROUP classes you book online or call in you have a window of 24-hour notice to cancel without being charged. No shows and last minute cancellations will be automatically charged 100% from package or card registered with. Repeated no shows will be noted by our "relaibilty" rating system. Five no shows, you will no longer be able to book online. Please contact us when you are unable to come to class even if you have missed the 24 hour window. It is most appreciated.
For ALL appointments / PRIVATE sessions- there is a required 24-hour notice.
We have the right to suspend classes and private sessions due to any advisories from the local governing authorities due to weather or health advisories. Packages will be suspended until business opens.
REFUNDS: If you need a refund for your class package or private sessions previously paid for with a credit card- refunds will be made with the deduction up to 3% for credit card processing fees. All refunds are only eligible for existing packages or purchases. Note packages that have expired are not eligible for a refund. See the package terms below.
Class Packages with four or five sessions expire within 30 days of purchase. Eight sessions will expire in 60 days and packages of twelve or sixteen will expire 120 day. If you are a part-time resident or will be traveling for an extended period of time this is also considered. Please advise of any reason you would need your package extended by formally requesting via email or written note.
To book any classes or privates online a credit card is required. This card is held in your account encrypted for use at check out for purchase of a singular class or class packages.
If your package has expired, been used or a package has not been previously purchased, you are giving SPP permission to use card for services rendered. Cash and checks can be accepted as well at the time of service. At any time you can remove the credit on file and replace with a new card. If your credit card is declined we reserve the right to deny future classes til payment is processed.
Ten Plus Packages expire 90 Days and Twenty packages expire within 140 days.
Please wear sticky socks to Reformer classes. We do offer socks in the studio if you do not have them. It helps to keep our equipment clean and you safe.
SPP recommends wearing fitted yoga pants or shorts with fitted biker shorts beneath them. Loose clothing can get caught in the springs or the equipment for safety we recommend comfortable fitted clothing. Hair pulled back or away from straps and springs. Please do not use lotions, or oils before class. It will leave a residue on the equipment, creating discoloration and damage.
Please arrive no earlier than 10 mins and no later than five minutes for classes. If you have arrived 15 mins before or sooner please wait in your car until the previous group has left.
